About the position

The Senior Enterprise Business Operations Manager at Payoneer is a pivotal role within the Go to Market organization, responsible for overseeing Revenue Operations for the global marketplace and payroll business. This position focuses on driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting Go to Market leaders in capturing growth. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance and best practices are met.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and boost productivity.
  • Design and scale Enterprise Go to Market excellence, evaluating and adopting best practices.
  • Empower the Go to Market team through knowledge sharing and training on new tools and methodologies.
  • Lead Salesforce and other account management tools for the Global Enterprise team, building playbooks for maintenance and innovative solutions.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and stakeholder management.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Go to Market senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Program Management.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Prolifiq) and other revenue-related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives that include senior leaders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work autonomously.

  • Experience working in a global company and collaborating with teams in different time zones.
  • Experience in Tech/SaaS/banking/consulting.
