About the position

As a Sr. Enterprise Growth & Demand Gen Manager at Together AI, you will be responsible for driving global mid-market and enterprise demand for the company's GPU cluster and API businesses. This role focuses on owning pipeline numbers, spearheading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, boosting the pipeline, accelerating new customer acquisition, and unlocking expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve enterprise demand and pipeline targets for Together GPU Clusters and API products
  • Develop and execute growth plans and channel strategies
  • Identify innovative opportunities to reach our target audience
  • Manage and optimize inbound demand generation channels (SEM, paid social, webinars, events, sponsorships, SEO)
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Own the budget, identify top-performing levers and devise creative marketing plays
  • Develop and implement a scalable outbound marketing strategy and systematically convert target accounts into qualified opportunities
  • Create and manage account-based marketing campaigns to grow qualified leads
  • Implement end-to-end tracking for all marketing campaigns and own the integration of the marketing technology stack
  • Report on overall marketing performance and contribution to pipeline and campaign performance for multiple stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization to improve channel performance and ROI

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning enterprise growth and demand pipeline numbers in a high-growth B2B enterprise company
  • Preferred experience scaling demand for GPU or compute providers
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful ABM and scaled automated outbound programs using modern tools
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product marketing, PLG, and leadership teams
  • Experience in managing marketing operations and implementing tech stacks for scalable inbound and outbound programs
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
