The Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program that aligns with established guidance and requirements. This role involves researching, identifying, validating, and documenting the current state of Knowledge Management across the Enterprise, as well as outlining a preferred future state. The successful candidate will conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for transition planning options. Additionally, the role includes providing program and project management support to contract and CSO leadership, ensuring that innovative solutions are developed to address complex problems effectively. In this position, the Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager will implement and maintain program governance across a multi-project IT portfolio, promoting best practices in IT development and operations and maintenance (O&M) procedures. The individual will lead IT team members, supporting the Government in setting expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, and providing tactical guidance and mentoring as needed. Balancing resource requirements with available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities will be a key responsibility. The Senior Enterprise Knowledge Manager will coordinate with government leads to engage non-IT resources appropriately and provide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities. Supporting client leadership in the iterative refinement of the IT portfolio vision and resulting initiative prioritization will also be part of the role. The individual will define and regularly refine the architecture and resource requirements necessary to achieve the vision objectives, ensuring that the Knowledge Management program is effective and aligned with organizational goals.
