About the position

The Senior Enterprise Partner Manager for Grocery & Retail at Uber Eats is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with merchant partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to optimize partnerships and deliver maximum value to both Uber and its partners. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advocate for merchants, navigating internal processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build business models and perform analyses to understand trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail to meet deadlines while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Drive and support key initiatives to grow strategic partnerships and long-term opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with top-tier partners.
  • Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to enhance relationships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Partner Management experience, particularly in Retail/CPG.
  • Previous client-facing experience with enterprise/mid-market accounts.
  • Experience managing complex data sets and tracking multiple OKRs.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling complex partnerships.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD$126,000 - USD$155,500 depending on location.
