About the position

The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager at Gong plays a critical role in equipping Upmarket sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to drive revenue growth. This position requires a highly experienced individual with a background in enterprise sales or sales enablement, focusing on understanding the needs and goals of the sales leadership and designing effective enablement programs that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to understand needs, gaps, and goals by business unit.
  • Design, launch, and reinforce sales enablement programs and trainings that support respective Enterprise and company goals.
  • Drive, track, and influence field adoption on desired key behavioral changes.
  • Align programs and trainings to tangible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on impact to Enterprise sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years direct SaaS enterprise sales or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience.
  • Experience using Gong is preferred.
  • Assist in the development of content focused on all training areas.
  • Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex issues and develop frameworks for broader organizational understanding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
