About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Technical Account Manager with a strong background in Architectural Design and expertise in technical software. This role will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, providing exceptional technical support, driving architectural projects, and improving team dynamics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our solutions and services while focusing on resolving client challenges and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, managing complex technical needs and providing high-level customer support.
  • Leverage expertise in Drawing, Architectural Design, and Design Research to provide strategic solutions for clients in architecture-related projects.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to troubleshoot client challenges and ensure optimal use of architectural software systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and development opportunities, ensuring team members are up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Solve team dynamics issues by applying competencies in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, and Conflict Resolution.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions and architecture plans.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, providing proactive support to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Drawing, Architectural Design, and Design Research.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Strong competencies in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, and Conflict Resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in enterprise account management or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in architecture and software systems.
  • A background in business development or sales would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
