About the position

The Senior Equipment Sales Representative will oversee and maintain large customer accounts for a leading Midwestern Agricultural Equipment Retailer in Ohio. This role focuses on achieving high customer satisfaction while coaching and mentoring other sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience, particularly in managing significant sales volumes, and will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain large customer accounts in the agricultural equipment sector.
  • Coach and mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within the organization.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage a minimum sales volume of $20M annually.
  • Maintain a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Engage with the community and contribute to local initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience with high-level account management.
  • Experience managing a sales volume of at least $20M annually.
  • Strong sales leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independent and performance-driven mentality.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4-year degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience selling agricultural equipment is preferred but not required.
