About the position

The Senior ERP Business Analyst at Rocket Lab is responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically Infor (Syteline and LN). This role involves collaborating with various teams across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions to enhance ERP solutions and ensure support for business operations. The position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing practices and the ability to respond to stakeholder feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for enhancing and maintaining Infor (Syteline and LN) ERP and associated tools like Infor factory track.
• Collaborate with teams in engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions to develop ERP solutions as part of a service-oriented architecture.
• Participate in the ERP team to ensure support for business functions.
• Respond to continuous feedback loops with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related field and a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience (9+ working years of experience).
• Experience with ERP/MES products including Syteline.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing business practices.
• Familiarity with SQL, particularly T-SQL.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Infor products.
• ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework, .NET, MS SQL server.
• Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional level certifications in Infor LN or Syteline.
• Experience in an agile software development environment and with DevOps methodology.
• Excellent time and project management abilities.
