About the position

The Senior ERP Functional Analyst will play a crucial role in implementing ERP solutions for government clients, focusing on areas such as Finance, HR, Payroll, and Budget. This position combines functional analysis with technical knowledge, requiring a collaborative approach to enhance client ERP investments. The role is primarily functional (75%) with some technical aspects (25%) and involves working in a hybrid model with potential travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Leading sessions to analyze business requirements to determine functional solutions
• Planning and managing resources to create functional design documents and other functional project deliverables
• Planning and leading fit gap of current processes to future designed processes
• Developing business concept/designs for functionality to support client's business requirements
• Resolving functional issues and providing functional support to the project team
• Designing and testing reports and analytics to support client Business Intelligence requirements
• Collaborating with clients independently to prepare participants for meeting sessions and to answer questions regarding their business functions as it relates to Advantage ERP

Requirements

• 5-7 years implementing ERP systems e.g., SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Advantage
• Agile certification, such as SAFe certification, with related agile implementation experience
• Strong background in Finance, HR, Payroll, and Budget functional areas
• Ability to adapt to changing project environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
