About the position

The Senior ETL Developer at Conduent is responsible for developing and supporting ETL processes using Informatica Cloud tools. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to implement complex transformations, ensuring efficient data integration and management for various clients. The position emphasizes collaboration and communication with peers and junior associates, as well as the creation of technical specifications based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support existing and new ETL implementations using Informatica Cloud tools.
• Implement complex transformations and business rules by creating various transformations, Mapplets, and Mappings.
• Work with different data sources including Flat Files, Relational and Cloud Databases, and real-time integration.
• Utilize workflow tasks such as Session, Control Task, Command tasks, Decision tasks, and Email tasks effectively.
• Create technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Communicate using flowcharts, unified data language, and Data flow Diagrams to peers and junior associates.
• Conduct tasks and assignments as directed with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in ETL, with at least 6 years working with Informatica Cloud.
• Expertise in ETL development with Informatica Cloud tools and various connectors including Rest API and File Processor.
• Experience with Real Time integration and Batch scripting.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, with good knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with EDI tools.
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, AWS, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix environments.
