About the position

As the Senior Manager of Event Marketing at LogicMonitor, you will be responsible for driving awareness, preference, and pipeline growth through corporate and field events. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set event goals, shape content, and develop promotion strategies, while managing all aspects of event logistics and execution. You will play a key role in demand generation efforts, ensuring successful delivery of B2B events that enhance customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute event programs including community user conferences, roundtables, briefings, and private dinners.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including project management, staffing, catering, and budget management.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams for content development.
• Define event KPIs and measure success, capturing feedback for future planning.
• Manage the global event calendar and annual event strategy focused on North America.
• Promote plans internally and externally to drive awareness of events.
• Train and support sales teams in following up leads generated from events.
• Build and distribute pre-event status reports and post-event results across the organization.
• Collaborate with demand generation, marketing operations, and PR teams to drive event attendance.
• Manage post-event activities including follow-up plans and lead tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in event marketing, preferably B2B.
• Strong foundation in marketing and SaaS business principles.
• Exceptional project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with an energetic personality, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, PowerPoint, and Asana.
