About the position

The Senior Manager of Event Marketing at LogicMonitor is responsible for driving awareness, preference, and pipeline growth through corporate and field events. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set event goals, shape content, and develop promotion strategies, while managing all aspects of event logistics and execution. The position requires a hands-on, data-driven approach to deliver successful B2B events that enhance customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute event programs including user conferences, roundtables, and private dinners.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including project management, staffing, and budget management.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to develop event content and messaging.
• Define event KPIs and measure success, capturing feedback for future planning.
• Manage the global event calendar and annual event strategy, focusing on North America.
• Promote event plans internally and externally to drive awareness.
• Train sales teams to follow up on leads generated from events.
• Build and distribute pre-event status reports and post-event results.
• Collaborate with marketing operations and PR teams to drive event attendance.
• Manage post-event activities including follow-up plans and lead tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in event marketing, preferably B2B
• Strong foundation in marketing and SaaS business principles
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with an energetic personality
• Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, PowerPoint, and Asana
