About the position

As the Senior Manager of Event Marketing at LogicMonitor, you will be responsible for driving awareness, preference, and pipeline growth through various corporate and field events, including the annual User Conference, LM Elevate. This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to set event goals, shape content and messaging, and develop promotion strategies. You will manage all aspects of event logistics and execution, ensuring successful delivery of B2B events that enhance customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute event programs including community user conferences, roundtables, briefings, and private dinners.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including project management, staffing, catering, and budget management.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other teams for content development.
• Define event KPIs and measure success, capturing feedback for future planning.
• Manage the global event calendar and annual event strategy, focusing on North America.
• Promote plans internally and externally to drive awareness of key events.
• Train and support sales teams in following up leads with appropriate materials.
• Build and distribute pre-event status reports and post-event results.
• Collaborate with demand gen, marketing operations, and PR teams to drive event attendance.
• Manage post-event activities including follow-up plans and lead tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in event marketing, preferably B2B
• Strong foundation in marketing and SaaS business principles
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with an energetic personality
• Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, PowerPoint, and Asana
