About the position

The Senior Event Marketing Manager at LogicMonitor is responsible for driving awareness, preference, and pipeline growth through corporate and field events, including the annual User Conference, LM Elevate. This role involves collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to set event goals, shape content and messaging, and develop promotion strategies. The ideal candidate is an event marketing expert with a proven track record in delivering B2B events that enhance customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute event programs including community user conferences, roundtables, briefings, executive and influencer programs, launches, and private dinners.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics including project management, staffing, catering, communication, demand generation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, enablement, and community teams for content development.
  • Define event KPIs, measure success, and capture feedback for future planning.
  • Manage the global event calendar and annual event strategy focusing on North America execution.
  • Promote plans internally and externally to drive awareness of key events.
  • Train and support sales teams to follow up on leads with appropriate materials.
  • Build and distribute pre-event status reports and post-event results across the organization.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, marketing operations, web, social, email, and PR teams to drive event attendance.
  • Manage post-event activities including follow-up plans for attendees and lead tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in event marketing, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Strong foundation in marketing and SaaS business principles.
  • Exceptional project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with an energetic personality, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, PowerPoint, and Asana.
