About the position

The Global Executive Account Manager (GEAM) at EMD Electronics is responsible for the strategic management of a key customer in the semiconductor materials sector. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer experiences through collaboration across internal business units, aligning pricing strategies, and driving innovation. The GEAM will work closely with both internal and external executives, leveraging commercial expertise to achieve differentiated service levels while managing a team of direct and matrix reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic management of a major customer in the semiconductor materials space.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between internal business units to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Align pricing strategies and develop standardized solutions for common challenges.
  • Leverage global strengths to drive innovation and achieve differentiated service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with customers' and internal executives to drive commercial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing major complex accounts with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial success in the U.S. Semiconductor Industry.
  • Sound managerial experience and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic prioritization and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with management and operational teams.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
