About the position

The Senior Executive Assistant role within the Corporate Responsibility team at JPMorgan Chase is designed to support high-level executives, including the Head of Corporate Responsibility and the Regional Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Region. This position emphasizes teamwork, professional representation, and high-quality work output in a fast-paced environment. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement while managing complex administrative tasks and interactions with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendar
  • Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
  • Organize all aspects of internal and external events, including catering and transportation
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain department documents, including current organizational charts and Executive biographies
  • Handle regular activities without prompting, and anticipate issues or delays
  • Assist with printing and binding as needed for internal and external meetings

Requirements

  • At least five years of administrative experience for senior-level executive/s
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to manage and resolve competing priorities

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
  • College degree is a plus
