About the position

The Senior Executive Assistant position is a remote role that provides ongoing administrative, planning, and executive support of a highly complex and confidential nature for a system executive within the Providence health system. This role is crucial in assisting the executive in meeting specialized goals and contributes to the achievement of the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation, and other logistical matters. This position requires extensive networking with the organization's leadership and health system stakeholders, representing the supervisor and the health system in a positive and professional manner. Unlike the Executive Assistant to the Board, this role focuses on supporting a system executive whose position is more organizationally scoped. The voice of each caregiver matters, as the organization believes that to inspire and retain the best people, they must empower them.
