The Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO at Capital City Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer by managing a variety of administrative, operational, and governance tasks. This position requires a high level of discretion and independence, as well as the ability to handle confidential information and interact effectively with various stakeholders. The role involves coordinating travel, preparing reports, and assisting with financial documentation, making it essential for the smooth operation of the CFO's office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Division and Project PMO
• Prepare Monthly Packages and Various Reports
• Coordinate with Governance for Stock Sale/Transfer Form 4's
• Serve as the Designated Administrator for Board Governance Software
• Coordinate Travel Arrangements for All Board Meeting Travel
• Assist Examiners with Inquiries and Document Requests during Federal and State Exams
• Coordinate Exit Interviews for Senior Management
• Facilitate Investor Meetings and On-Site Visits for the CFO
• Assist Internal and External Auditors with Financial Reports
• Prepare Financial Reference Source Monthly for the CFO
• Assist in documentation for Annual Proxy and Support of Governance Lead
• Assist in documentation for Annual Report and Support of Governance Lead

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required
• Five to seven years of related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Two to four years of accounting experience
• Ability to effectively organize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Must exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Detail-oriented
