Atlassian is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Leadership Operations team, a global group of over 60 Executive and Administrative Assistants dedicated to enhancing the productivity and focus of Atlassian leaders. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our leaders can operate at their best, and it requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration across the organization. As a distributed-first company, we offer flexibility in work location, allowing you to work from home, in the office, or a combination of both, while ensuring that you are located in the Pacific Time Zone to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with your team and leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in foundational Executive Assistant tasks, including calendar management, email management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and general administration. You will partner closely with your leader to manage their time effectively, ensuring they are well-prepared for all meetings. Building trusted relationships with leaders and internal and external partners will be essential to stay aligned on priorities and actions. You will also play a key role in bringing teams together, serving as a common thread and connection point within our global team. Your responsibilities will include participating in meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and leading action items. You will also run virtual and in-person events, help draft communications on behalf of your leader, and review datasets to create insightful reports. Additionally, you will lead or participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to Leadership Operations meetings, fostering relationships throughout the team.
