Atlassian is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Leadership Operations team, a global group dedicated to enhancing the productivity and focus of our leaders. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our executives can operate at their best, and it requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. As part of a centralized team, you will report to a Team Manager who understands the intricacies of the Executive Assistant role and will work closely with you to support your leaders effectively. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the Executive Assistant craft and are eager to contribute to a team of administrative professionals who are committed to excellence in their work. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of foundational tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our leadership team. This includes managing calendars, emails, travel arrangements, expenses, and other administrative duties. You will partner closely with your leader to manage their time effectively, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and have the necessary information at their fingertips. Building trusted relationships with both internal and external partners will be crucial as you help keep everyone aligned on priorities and actions. You will also play a key role in facilitating communication and collaboration within the team. This includes preparing agendas for meetings, taking notes, leading action items, and organizing both virtual and in-person events. Additionally, you will assist in drafting communications on behalf of your leader, which may include presentations, blogs, and emails, as well as reviewing datasets to create insightful reports. Your contributions will extend to participating in Leadership Operations meetings, where you will have the opportunity to share your insights and build relationships across the team. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in supporting senior leaders within high-growth technology companies. You should be a team player who can take direction from your EA team lead while also being a strategic partner capable of managing conflicting priorities. Your expertise in planning remote and in-person events, along with your ability to navigate new technologies, will be essential in driving impact within the organization. This position requires you to be located in the Pacific Time Zone, as it is important for effective collaboration with the team.
