About the position

The Executive Assistant Senior - Enterprise Leadership Team provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and interacts with various internal and external contacts on behalf of senior leaders at Intermountain Health. This role requires proactive management of executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence, ensuring that the needs of the leadership team are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings for the Chief Operating Officer and other leaders.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external contacts.
  • Handle travel and expense management for the executive team.
  • Coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings.
  • Assist with project coordination and task management in a confidential manner.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Support system needs and special projects as directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leaders, including managing calendars and correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with senior-level leaders.
  • Proficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project coordination and tracking actions and outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Leadership experience, including training and supervising others.
