As the Administrative Coordinator you will provide administrative support, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. You will manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, draft and edit professional correspondence, answer phones and emails, prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, maintain confidentiality, coordinate projects, and facilitate onsite meetings. You will also collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain merchandising policies, prepare detailed reports, and participate in learning initiatives. Your role will require you to provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to others while exemplifying Rural King's values.
