About the position

The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional at Humana is responsible for enhancing the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that positively impact customers. This role involves leading transformations and experience improvement initiatives to drive the future vision of the company's core businesses, focusing on change management and ensuring business groups are prepared for implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as initiative point of contact for business leaders and key stakeholders, providing leadership and driving accountability of results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and aligned partners through regular communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
  • Gain alignment on the appropriate scope of pilot and rollout, including identifying how to segment user groups and technology to enable iterative learning and quick wins.
  • Identify and execute on appropriate change management techniques to manage resistance to change.
  • Measure and track adoption rates and gather feedback to continually improve user experience to ensure successful implementation and rollout.
  • Ensure readiness for go-live through partnership with support teams, providing ongoing support and addressing any post-launch issues.
  • Outline transition plan establishing appropriate support structures to sustain impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to business readiness including change management.
  • Minimum 1 year of project leadership experience, including leading large teams/programs.
  • Proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate organizations through complex transformations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs, with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results.
