IA Interior Architects is seeking a full-time Senior Experiential Graphic Designer to join our Boston office. This role is pivotal in translating client goals, brand identity, and culture into powerful environments that are not only visually compelling but also sustainable. As part of the largest global architecture firm focusing exclusively on interiors, our team is dedicated to creating high-performance spaces that support organizational culture, engage staff, and drive efficiencies. The Senior Experiential Graphic Designer will work under the general supervision of a Senior EGD or Director of EGD, contributing to the design and development of various deliverables, including brand development, signage, and environmental graphics programs. In this position, the designer will actively participate in and oversee the design, development, and production of environmental graphics. This includes creating innovative and complete design concepts that are presented to clients, preparing detailed plans, message schedules, sections, elevations, and drawing packages. The designer will also be responsible for managing the budget, scope, and schedule for the environmental graphic design portion of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Building and maintaining effective relationships with key agencies will also be a crucial part of this role, as collaboration is key to our success in delivering exceptional design solutions.
