About The Position

The Senior Experiential Manager will be responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs as part of the global project team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola. This role requires a commitment to delivering a best-in-class global tour for a client with high expectations. The position involves client management, working with Coca-Cola markets across North America, and supporting other countries worldwide. The Team Manager will be the day-to-day organizer for the traveling team, handling logistics such as flight manifests, uniform management, medical support, and team administration. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to work weekends, with a focus on team well-being and support during the tour.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing/sponsorship related to global sports properties.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong team player with endurance and stamina for long hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in event marketing, client servicing, and team management.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Passport and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience working on large-scale and/or global events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with Coca-Cola markets in North America.
  • Organize team logistics including accommodation, meals, and travel requirements.
  • Support team members with visa and vaccination requirements.
  • Contribute to writing Global Guidelines for program activation.
  • Plan and run team meetings and motivational activities.
  • Manage team movements and well-being during the tour.
  • Ensure smooth running of team administration and support.
