Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Facilitator to join our team within the Talent and Learning group, which is part of Human Resources. This role will primarily be responsible for facilitating courses that support the National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The Senior Facilitator will deliver both standard and complex training material for several courses and multiple components, including new hire training, refresher courses, process training, product knowledge, systems training, and customer experience skills. This training will be delivered to a diverse audience through directive teaching methods aimed at helping individual contributors and middle to more experienced managers develop crucial job skills. In this role, you will provide direction and support to business leaders of various levels of experience on functional learning strategies. Utilizing your advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs, you will understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions. You will also provide one-on-one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills and act as a mentor and peer coach to both new and tenured Learning and Development Facilitators. As the site training point of contact, you will lead low-risk initiatives, including implementation, and partner with the instructional design team to recommend modifications that keep functional course content current and enhance programs, resources, and tools. Your role will involve providing subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals, interacting with your immediate team, functional area, and internal peers on a wide range of information, as well as with internal and external customers. You will drive operational excellence and mitigate risk for the organization while promoting and embracing positive change to influence a better learner experience. Engaging with peers, partners, and line of business will be essential to deliver a learner-centric experience.
