The position requires timely responses to work order requests and effective communication with all stakeholders, including students, staff, and faculty. The Senior Facility Manager must maintain a comprehensive understanding of all university building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and life safety systems, and act as the primary contact for facility maintenance and emergency issues outside of normal operating hours.
