About the position

Arm is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support key partners by blending technical account leadership with system architecture expertise. The role involves understanding partners' design requirements and market challenges, collaborating on technical solutions, and providing pre-sales and post-sales support. FAEs will also contribute to defining new products and services while maintaining a high standard of technical knowledge about Arm's offerings and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner business and technical development plans.
• Foster strong personal relationships with key technical decision-makers at Partner accounts.
• Proven understanding of Arm products, tools, and services.
• Develop positive relationships with assigned Partner managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Applications Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital design, software engineering, or applications engineering role.
• Knowledge of microprocessors, SoC design, operating systems, systems software, and HW/SW design processes.
• Strong understanding of SoC design for target vertical markets (e.g., Mobile, Automotive, IoT).
• Familiarity with Arm CPUs, graphics processors, software tools, or system IP.
