About The Position

AmberSemi is looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to act as the technical interface between external customers, internal product development, and sales teams. This role will specifically be focused on supporting the company's design in efforts by demonstrating technical evaluation of our core solutions and co-defining applications with partners. AmberSemi is developing disruptive power and power management products for consumer and industrial applications.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of demo platforms and testing applications.
• Experience in technical evaluation and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction.
• Ability to travel to customer facilities for testing and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between external customers, internal product development, and sales teams.
• Support the company's design in efforts by demonstrating technical evaluation of core solutions.
• Co-define applications with partners.
• Conduct lab work with internal engineering and collaborate on technology roadmap with product management.
• Understand end customer requirements and testing expectations, demonstrating evaluation on-site at customer facilities.
• Work with Amber's engineering team to understand test setups and measurements for partner testing.
• Articulate testing information into documentation for internal and external use.
• Travel with sales, marketing, and/or engineering to customer facilities for testing.
• Coordinate demos and send documentation to customers in their lab.
• Support partners in bringing end products to market with Amber's technology integrated.
