About the position

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and commissioning low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and support. You will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering assistance to clients, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with teams to develop efficient SCADA controls designs and assisting in the deployment of Building Management Systems (BMS) as well as PLC code development. In this role, you will validate system sequences of operation and provide commissioning support, ensuring that all systems meet the required specifications and standards. You will also be tasked with writing detailed reports and implementing quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of quality control. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and engineering assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of field experience.
  • Experience with Rockwell, Tridium, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Ignition systems.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols and mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments (cold, hot, noisy, etc.)
