About the position

The position is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and analytical processes that articulate business operational results and projections to senior management. This includes preparing presentations for Board of Directors meetings, driving process improvements in Corporate FP&A, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis and project support. The role requires leveraging financial applications to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and analysis for senior management meetings, including Board of Directors and other senior management events.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis related to capital projects and business scenarios as required.
  • Develop division presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews and other management reviews in collaboration with Division Controllers and Directors.
  • Support business Finance teams in preparing and submitting the Black Book, Green Book, and unit forecasts to Corporate.
  • Engage in all aspects of FP&A deliverables for new system implementations and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Khalix Corporate FP&A processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working on cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
  • Working knowledge of financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Khalix, and SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project.
  • Ability to perform PeopleSoft queries for troubleshooting period closing inquiries.
  • Knowledge of general accounting, including business financial statements and local accounting regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate closing processes and report results accurately and timely.
