The position of Senior Finance Analyst, Integration is a pivotal role within the Pernod Ricard USA Finance organization, focusing on the integration of newly acquired brands. This role is essential for providing detailed financial reporting and analysis while adhering to best practices across all finance processes. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process and the timeline required for integrating partner brands. This position will require cross-functional interaction and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Portfolio Finance, Commercial Finance, Brand Entrepreneurs, Executive teams, and Pernod Ricard Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background coupled with excellent communication skills, enabling them to build effective relationships both internally and with new brand partners. They should be proactive in managing various processes and projects, driving efficiencies and standardization throughout the integration process. This role is critical for the company's growth and strategic direction, requiring a balance between detailed operational oversight and a broader strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

• Support new brand integration for Pernod Ricard USA, ensuring alignment with the Pernod Ricard Group timetable and integration strategy.
• Act as the finance point of contact for Pernod Ricard stakeholders post-M&A transaction, facilitating change management aspects of portfolio management.
• Serve as the liaison to the Global M&A team, addressing local market requests and conducting M&A financial performance reviews for the PR Burex and/or Strategic Committee.
• Engage with third parties involved in M&A transactions to support data and change management needs.
• Maintain expertise on the parameters of executed M&A transactions and advocate for the Finance Department during the integration phase.
• Assist business leads in reviewing, discussing, and monitoring progress on key tasks, risks, and dependencies for assigned integration initiatives.
• Maintain internal control structures and procedures for integration processes and documentation.
• Provide insights to the Portfolio Finance team related to acquisitions to enhance the forecasting process.
• Coordinate initial planning processes and requirements with new businesses.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure a comprehensive integration plan and execution.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting records (P&L and Balance Sheet) during the integration phase in partnership with the North American Accounting team.
• Support the execution of ad-hoc strategic projects for new and recent acquisitions, including aiding the integration process for previously executed acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences at all levels.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a willingness to seek new approaches and challenge the organization.
• Ability to embrace cross-functional collaboration and champion the culture of entrepreneurship and conviviality within Pernod Ricard.
• Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
