The Senior Finance and Accounting Rotational Analyst position at Daniels Sharpsmart Inc. is designed for motivated individuals transitioning from public practice to industry. The program includes extensive training and exposure to key areas such as revenue, treasury, financial planning, reporting, tax, internal audit, and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead small teams throughout the rotational areas.
- Focus on process improvements in different finance departments.
- Participate in various finance functions including revenue, treasury, financial planning, reporting, tax, internal audit, and mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a Public Accounting firm.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and works well in a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt in a growth-oriented and changing company.
- Natural leader with experience supervising staff.
