About the position

CACI is seeking a Senior Finance/Budget Analyst to provide comprehensive financial support and analysis to achieve critical objectives within the organization. This role involves managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and contributing to departmental planning efforts, all while working with limited oversight. The analyst will assist senior management in decision-making processes and will be responsible for leading complex projects that impact multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, create, and/or re-evaluate and analyze spend plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on budgetary matters.
• Contribute to the development of departmental goals and planning efforts.
• Assist senior management with decisions regarding budget, schedule, and performance risks.
• Make improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance job performance.
• Communicate with internal and external parties regarding policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
• Lead major/complex projects, delegating work and reviewing work products.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• At least eight years of professional experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in financial management/analysis or a related field.
• Master's Degree in quantitative analysis, financial analysis, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
• Excellent analytical skills and sound professional judgment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite.
