About the position

The Senior Finance Manager for Customer Success will play a pivotal role in the Commercial and Partner Solution (MCAPS) Finance organization, collaborating with finance and business leaders to optimize resources and maximize revenue, margin, and market share. This position focuses on analyzing the impact of Customer Success initiatives on Modern Work consumption and usage, providing insights and recommendations to enhance customer journeys in Copilot and M365 workloads. The role emphasizes a culture of inclusion and collaboration, aiming to empower every individual and organization to achieve more.

Responsibilities

• Develop and connect analytics that assess usage and consumption business for Copilot, Teams, and M365 Modern Work, providing recommendations to refine strategy.
• Lead financial rhythm and provide insights on the performance of the Customer Success business in the context of Modern Work, focusing on usage excellence and customer success for Azure Close Rate and Azure Opportunity Creation.
• Track progress and success of Connected Customer initiatives, monitoring key indicators of progress in customer journeys.
• Partner with Customer Success & Consulting Finance Manager and Modern Work and Security Finance Manager to identify best consumption practices and scale them globally.
• Track delivery insights of Modern Work & Security Customer Solution Area, developing analytics and recommendations to shape the Customer Success Delivery Strategy to maximize Unified Yield.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Leaders to identify levers that create positive impacts in Cloud consumption and usage across Modern Work workloads.
• Identify best Customer Success practices and activities from other Solution Areas to recommend best practices for MW&S business.
• Develop a framework to measure Return on Investment of key projects and initiatives and their impact on Modern Work and Security business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and planning experience and/or business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience with all Office Apps, particularly in Excel and PowerBI.
• 5+ years of experience in managing complex and dynamic financial modeling with multiple tiers of input and output, and manipulating large data sets.
