About the position

The Finance Manager role at Condair Group is designed to support operations by providing essential financial insights, reporting, strategy, and analysis. This position involves managing financial activities across two facilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and leading the local finance team. The Finance Manager will act as a business partner to various teams, overseeing all accounting activities and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financials for two facilities, including closing activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities, including sub-ledger management, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable, general ledger, and treasury cash management.
  • Conduct all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities required for monthly and annual reporting to the board of directors and parent company.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and annual operations financial analysis and cost accounting, including standard costs maintenance and variance analysis.
  • Manage cash planning, forecasting, and treasury functions for the division.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for the local Sales and Operations Department.
  • Develop and lead the financial setup of a new facility, providing proactive inputs to the project team.
  • Lead and develop a team of local finance managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience responsible for FP&A reporting and analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of local financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of communicating at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within an ERP business software environment (preferably Acumatica or SAP).
