We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager supporting Resource Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP). In this role, you will lead a team responsible for RIOP's Operating & Execution (O&E) reporting, partner with the business to solve complex challenges, and oversee our data systems, process improvements and analytics in addition to championing our global finance strategy. The position supports RIOP Leadership, product groups and facilities but also works closely with other divisions within Resource Industries. As an Accounting Manager, you will manage a staff of three to four direct reports through coaching and guiding daily activities. You will hold ongoing performance and career development discussions, support RIOP's O&E, Deep Dive and Executive Office Reviews, and review RIOP OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) results. You will work closely with the enterprise O&E and segment team as well as coordinate the completion of various requests. Additionally, you will evaluate Accounting Reporting Tool (ART), OPACC Analysis Tool (OAT) and Share of Market OPACC (SMO) updates, present high-level stories to senior leadership, and sponsor projects to standardize and simplify processes by leveraging our digital capabilities (ex. Power BI). You will also partner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset, while being responsible for the division's financial reporting accounting software (Axiom) maintenance and development. Finally, you will influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement and learning.

Responsibilities
