About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at Kenvue will play a crucial role in providing financial leadership and analytical support for the Body Care and Zarbees brands. This position involves evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing financial commitments to drive brand growth. The analyst will be integral to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and will support full marketing P&L management, ensuring accurate financial information is available for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Key member of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Body Care squad and Zarbees.
• Provide analytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing counterparts.
• Support full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities.
• Manage Brand Marketing Expense and optimize investments to support forecast commitments.
• Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products, and budgets.
• Offer ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required.
• A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification(s) are preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) experience required.
• Strong general business acumen and technical skills in forecasting, accounting, and investment analytics (i.e. NPV, etc.) are required.
• Experience with SAP and TM1 is preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels while balancing a complex portfolio of products in a cross-functional environment is required.
• Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization is preferred.
• Strong framing, communication, and influencing skills are required.
