Responsibilities

• Optimize client's real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and underwriting analysis of multi-tenant and single-tenant properties.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow, as well as ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
• Provide exceptional service to clients through analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that influence acquisition and disposition strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, providing support in client presentations and new business.
• Deliver results to the highest accuracy in financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Graduate-level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
• 2-4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.
• 2-3 years' Argus modelling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
• Experience with persuasive writing and composition.
• Desire to learn, grow and flourish on an established Capital Markets Team.
