About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Meat and Cheese at Kraft Heinz plays a crucial role in providing financial analysis and insights to the Meats & Cheese Business Unit. This position involves collaborating with various departments to drive business performance, manage the P&L, and support financial planning routines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to forecast unconstrained demand for products from both internal P&L and external market perspectives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and promotional strategies, analyzing financial and market share implications.
• Analyze the impact of supply constraints on P&L and market share with Operations counterparts.
• Conduct full P&L analysis for the Business Unit, assessing operational performance on cost and productivity.
• Assist in the planning and monitoring of key financial routines and KPIs for the Business Unit.
• Execute reporting packages that provide insights and drive efficiency across platforms.
• Lead the forecast submission process with the Central FP&A team, including market share and R&Os submissions.
• Evaluate FP&A routines for process improvement and implement proposals.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 2+ years of Finance related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior finance, accounting, consulting, and/or FP&A experience preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, IRI, SAP, and/or Essbase Financial Reporting systems is a plus.
