About the position

The Project Manager of Business Plan and Special Reporting is responsible for overseeing the Business Plan Process, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adherence to funding parameters. This role involves coordinating activities across multiple locations and departments, preparing various financial reports, and collaborating with the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to enhance operational analysis and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the annual business plan process across 800+ field locations and 150+ corporate departments.
• Coordinate and communicate the steps required for the completion of the business plan process.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Field Finance and MIS.
• Deliver training sessions on the Business Plan model to field and corporate personnel.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues during the business plan submission period.
• Ensure accurate and timely upload and validation of business plan revenue and cost information.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for senior management, including the CFO and President.
• Collaborate with the Manager of FP&A to streamline processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Project Management experience required.
• 3-6 years of finance/analysis experience in a multinational company.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of complex projection models.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
