The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Supply Chain at Kraft Heinz plays a crucial role in supporting the company's financial objectives, particularly in delivering savings commitments across the US Supply Chain. This position is designed for a finance professional who will act as a key business partner to package owners, logistics leaders, and budget owners. The analyst will take a leadership role in the budgeting, forecasting, and results processes, ensuring that financial strategies align with the company's operational goals. In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with various functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews. They will own the Working Capital budgeting and forecasting processes, establishing and refining efficient financial processes that enhance the overall financial health of the organization. Participation in the annual budget process and monthly forecasting will be essential, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities that may impact financial performance. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for creating financial models and implementing supporting tools that facilitate better decision-making. They will also lead training and change management initiatives across the organization, particularly in relation to Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying analytical projects that can uncover savings opportunities, making it a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews.
• Own the Working Capital budgeting, forecasts, and results process.
• Establish and refine efficient financial processes.
• Participate in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process, focusing on identifying risks and opportunities.
• Create financial models and implement supporting tools.
• Lead training and change management initiatives across the organization for ZBB initiatives.
• Initiate analytical projects to identify savings opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in finance, preferably in CPG and operational finance.
• Planning and forecasting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Oracle Essbase experience preferred.
• Ability to influence others and work well across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
