About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst role is a key regional support position that provides strategic financial support to various regional teams, including Operations, Sales, Clinical, Dining, and Asset Management. This role is essential for driving operational success through financial analysis, modeling, and collaboration with leadership and teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and perform ad-hoc financial analysis for divisional, regional, and community teams.
• Identify and lead the development of high-impact value-add analysis on business drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities using internal and external data.
• Assist divisional, regional, and community teams through projections and the annual budgeting cycle.
• Drive analysis of the division's price strength and the impact of discount and incentive practices.
• Lead the ROI analysis process for New Economics capex proposals.
• Suggest and implement cost reduction targets and track progress towards achieving goals.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly division and region updates.
• Provide training to regional and community teams related to FP&A as needed.
• Support division and company-wide efforts in budgeting, projections, rate increases, price analysis, labor analysis, and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional leadership and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
