About the position

As a key member of the FP&A Operations team, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in setting global FP&A processes surrounding annual planning, forecasting, and other ad hoc global initiatives for the company, which has revenues exceeding $14 billion. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A Operations and will involve significant engagement with senior leadership, including the Sr. Director and VP of FP&A, Investor Relations, and the SVP Corporate Controller. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing and improving analytics across the enterprise, as well as forecasting complex areas such as foreign exchange impacts, which will be utilized for updates with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, as well as for external guidance with Investor Relations. In this role, you will be tasked with nominating and delivering continuous improvement and simplification of all Corporate processes in line with the Corporate FP&A roadmap of initiatives. You will prepare all materials presented to the Board of Directors, including consolidating financial schedules and formulating storyboards. Additionally, you will support the consolidation and reporting for key processes across Global Finance, including MRR, QRR, Forecasts, LRP, AOP, and Earnings. Building highly automated and efficient data aggregation and reporting capabilities will be essential to support enterprise-wide sales and income forecasting, incorporating external references to provide additional insights to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will also include preparing all materials for the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, providing financial analysis and commentary, calculating and reporting on organizational incentive program performance and payout, and building and maintaining financial models for forecasting complex areas, including the impact of foreign exchange on global businesses. Presenting findings to Senior Leadership as opportunities arise will be a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or country equivalent).
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of working experience within Finance in a large multinational organization or top tier management consulting firm.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a team-oriented environment and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong process mindset, willingness to drive initiatives to deliver outcomes.

  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillset.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
