Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CFA certification required.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with financial planning software, preferably Sage.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
