About the position

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the North America Retail team at Starbucks, you will play a crucial role in reshaping key consolidation processes and delivering forward-looking financial deliverables. This position requires strong analytical skills, a broad understanding of systems and data flows, and the ability to build relationships while condensing complex information into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the monthly forecast process for North America.
• Drive the quarterly forecasting for North America Investments, identifying enhancements and driving process improvements.
• Collaborate with EBSOs and the ETO team to set clear success metrics for initiatives and ensure benefits are accurately reflected in forecasts.
• Partner with the NA consolidations team to develop a streamlined process for monitoring and tracking investment returns.
• Conduct impactful analyses to support ad-hoc requests, including high-level outlook updates.

Requirements

• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business and finance partners.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying financial information to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Essbase / Hyperion preferred.
