The Senior Financial Analyst at ProHealth Care is responsible for leading financial analysis within the organization, creating proformas, assisting with business plans for new projects, and coordinating budget processes. This role involves producing financial reports, mentoring analysts, and providing support to various stakeholders, including leadership and external customers. The position requires expertise in financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and productivity reporting, among other areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for the organization.
• Create proformas and assist with business plans for new projects.
• Coordinate capital and operating budget processes.
• Produce financial reports and present observations to organizational leadership.
• Mentor Financial Services analysts and support co-workers, employees, leaders, and physicians.
• Manage PHC Product Line Financial Reporting and maintain Product Line Definitions.
• Oversee PHC Strategic Financial Planning, Fixed Asset Accounting & Tracking, and Capital Processes.
• Conduct Productivity Reporting, Workforce Planning, and Cost Accounting.
• Perform Provider Compensation Analysis and Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 4 years of related financial analysis experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
