About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at ProHealth Care is responsible for leading financial analysis within the organization, creating proformas, assisting with business plans for new projects, and coordinating budget processes. This role involves producing financial reports, presenting observations to organizational leadership, and mentoring other analysts. The position requires expertise in various financial functions and aims to support the Financial Services department in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for the organization.
• Create proformas and assist with business plans for new projects.
• Coordinate capital and operating budget processes.
• Produce financial reports and present observations to organizational leadership.
• Mentor Financial Services analysts and provide support to co-workers, employees, leaders, and physicians.
• Maintain Product Line Definitions for PHC Product Line Financial Reporting.
• Engage in PHC Strategic Financial Planning, Fixed Asset Accounting & Tracking, and Capital Processes.
• Conduct Productivity Reporting, Workforce Planning, and Cost Accounting.
• Perform Provider Compensation Analysis and Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years of related financial analysis experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
