The Senior Financial Analyst at ProHealth Care is responsible for leading financial analysis, creating proformas, and assisting with business plans for new projects. Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for the organization.
• Create proformas and assist with business plans for new projects.
• Coordinate capital and operating budget processes.
• Produce financial reports and present observations to organizational leadership.
• Mentor Financial Services analysts and provide support to co-workers, employees, leaders, and physicians.
• Maintain Product Line Definitions for financial reporting.
• Engage in strategic financial planning and fixed asset accounting.
• Conduct productivity reporting and workforce planning.
• Perform provider compensation analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 4 years of related financial analysis experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
