About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst role at Robert Half is a long-term contract position within the SaaS industry, focusing on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The analyst will be responsible for project pipeline forecasting, profitability analysis, and creating reports for the Chief Marketing Officer, utilizing advanced financial software and data mining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and assess financial performance
• Analyze project pipeline to predict future trends and business opportunities
• Evaluate targeting goals for marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Conduct profitability analysis to assess the financial health of the business
• Create and manage reporting and dashboards for the Chief Marketing Officer
• Use data mining techniques to gather and analyze data
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business management
• Prepare annual budget and monitor cash flow forecasts
• Use skills in Adaptive Insights and Anaplan for business planning purposes.

Requirements

• Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Proficient in using Adaptive Insights and Anaplan software
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Data Mining Techniques
• Excellent understanding of the annual budget and budget processes
• Ability to work effectively with different business units
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Expertise in preparing cash flow forecasts and financial forecasts
• Strong skills in forecasting and modeling
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate financial planning
• Familiarity with SaaS and SAAS - Software As A Service.
